"While we enjoyed our stay at the Birmingham Hampton Inn , it was frustrating as well. I had booked the room almost a year in advance and was charged almost double per night. That was the going rate at the time. I called the front desk and told them of this error and we were tostay 2 nights instead of the one they indicated. They said they would change it in the computer but when we checked out the next day again the price was wrong. It was straightened out and the correct amount was paid but it was troublesome to say the least."
